Products & Orders

All Peri Pals hoodies are made to order. Products are available for purchase during designated ordering periods and are produced after the ordering period closes. Please review product descriptions, sizing information, ordering periods, and shipping timelines carefully before placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

By placing an order, you authorize Peri Pals to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our hoodies are made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, fit, or size.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for additional information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, graphics, photographs, logos, text, product names, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Peri Pals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any Peri Pals content without prior written permission.
