We want you to love your Peri Pals purchase. Because our hoodies are made to order specifically for you, we do not hold inventory and are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or size.

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. Our hoodies use standard sizing, and detailed measurements are provided to help you select the right size.

Made to Order

Every hoodie is made specifically for you after you place your order. Peri Pals does not carry ready-to-ship inventory, so please keep the production and shipping timeline in mind when ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theperipals@gmail.com or through our Contact page. We will make it right with a replacement or refund, as appropriate, and cover any necessary return shipping costs.
